Shipping Policy

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that processing times may be delayed during busy periods, such as holidays and sales, or unforeseen circumstances like curfews or natural disasters.

Online Payments: Orders placed using online payment methods such as PayPal and Stripe will be processed after the payment is confirmed.

Shipping Rates & Times:
We offer standard international shipping, and our shipping rates will be calculated based on your location at checkout. Delivery times are as follows:

Domestic (India):
Standard Shipping: 5 to 10 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout depending on your location.

International Shipping:
Delivery times: 7 to 21 business days, depending on the destination country.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping address and the weight of the items in your order.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance delays, holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery.

International orders may experience slight delays in tracking information updates due to customs processing.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
International Shipments: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping costs and may vary from country to country.
We recommend that you check your local customs office for more information on customs duties and import taxes before placing an order.

Shipping Address Changes:
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at navyacraft@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +91-94140-62691 within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been dispatched, we cannot change the shipping address.

Unsuccessful Delivery & Re-Delivery:
If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the package is unclaimed or refused by the customer, it may be returned to us. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping cost.

Shipping Delays:
While we aim to dispatch your orders within the stated time frames, there may be delays beyond our control, such as customs holds, local postal delays, or public holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider or unforeseen circumstances like pandemics, natural disasters, or political events.
